Commissioned work is for personal use only. May not be used for commercial, profit-making or branding purposes.

If you want a commission for commercial use, specify this in the email and I will provide you with a quote.

I reserve the right to refuse the commission.

Credit the commission when you post it on social media or on the internet.

The use of commissioned work to create NFTs or as AI training is prohibited.

I retain all the rights to the created artwork. I can use it for promotion and share the creation process. If you want a private commission, please specify this in the initial request. I'll still retain the copyright of the image, and I may insert it in my portfolio.

You can request a commission via email, I generally respond within two or three days.

Requests: the type of commission, written and visual references.

I will send a WIP for each stage of the process: sketch (here you can ask for major changes), pencils (here you can ask for little changes), inks and colours (in these two final steps you can't ask for changes).

Commission processing may take two or three weeks plus shipping. Keep in mind this information if you need the commission to arrive by a specific date. If I see that I need more days than expected to finish the work, I will write you to arrange more time.

Payment is 100% upfront.

For very complex characters +20% of the price.

For each additional character (size A4 only) +70% of the price.

I ship to Europe in the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Azores, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Greece, Guernsey, Ireland, Iceland, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Man Islands - Great Britain EU, Moldova, Principality of Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Republic of San Marino, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Hungary, Vatican City State.

For shipping are request: name, surname, address, house number (with apartment number or staircase if needed), zip code, city or town, province, destination country.

Shipping is paid by the customer (consider it as an additional expense when evaluating the price). The cost will be calculated in relation to the request.

I don't make refunds once the commission is confirmed. However, if I'm unable to complete the work, you will be refunded. Please note: transaction fees will not be refunded.
